I purchased my Sandbanks Optimal style single seat kayak at the end of August this year (2024) but was not going to be available to take delivery until second week of September. The team at life’s too sport went above and beyond to arrange for my desired delivery slot which many companies would not. The Kayak is an excellent craft and to date has given me such enjoyable time spent on the Norfolk Broads.
The quality of this kayak is first class and I feel very confident that I shall have many years of use on the water ways. The Optimal is very forgiving regards getting into and exiting. Only used once as yet. Quite portable for a single person, but I’m also using a canoe trolley. I’ve removed a seat to gain more space for equipment in readiness for a 6 day expedition down the river Wye. It tracks well, and is steady at manoeuvring using a double kayak paddle. The trips completion will provide a full around valuation of the Riber.
Arlo of Lifestoosport could not have been more helpful which was in keeping with the quality of the calibre16 foot 3 seater Riber Canoe….even delivery to the north of Scotland was made possible.
Great for first time kayakers. Really easy to use, very stable, I use around the West Coast of Scotland so some windy weather and its coped great.

Just a watch out : the kayak is very heavy (with engine and battery in). Need a heavy duty kayak cart.

Excellent very good quality product Still to use but very helpful staff and able to negotiate a good deal.p re sale contact very good but after sales slightly tardy re response to emails and telephone messages, but overall excellent service and will probably use this company again
Was delivered next day and what a board this is, comes with two rod mounts and a paddle mount at the front where you jam the paddle in so you can be hands free, real quality feel to it, is fast and tracks straight, highly recommend this board and Lifestoosport for an easy, hassle free, well priced experience, thank you
