Awful service

I ordered this canoe on 5th August, the money left my account in 6th august. The expected delivery window was stated on the website as ten days. Its now the 8th september. I have tried many many times to contact you over the last month many many times via live message, email and by phone (I left voicemail messages) I recieved one email from you on the 28th August staying that the canoe would be delivered in the 4th september. On 6th September after more failed attempts to contact you and no canoe or refund I raised a dispute with my credid card company and was refunded. I'ts now 8th September received a text from someone called 'phil' saying the canoe will be delivered on Tuesday. Too little too late. I've already been refunded by the credit card company.
Horrific customer service. I don't know whether you really intend to deliver the canoe or not. But it's too late. I've been refunded and bought another canoe. I don't want it. Horrific customer service. I'm still unsure whether this is a scam or not. And judging by the reviews on your website I'm not the only one.
